4. PRODUCTS

LSTHRS sells clothing, accessories and other lifestyle products. Certain products are produced on demand after an order is placed.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, measurements and images accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, device and the production process.

Customers are responsible for consulting the product information and size guide before placing an order.

Minor variations that are normal for the production, printing or embroidery process and that do not affect the normal use of the product are not automatically considered defects. This does not affect your statutory rights when a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

We may change or discontinue products, designs or colours at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

5. PRICES AND VAT

All prices are displayed in euros unless another currency is clearly indicated.

LSTHRS currently operates under the Belgian VAT exemption scheme for small enterprises. Therefore, VAT is not charged.

Any applicable delivery costs are displayed separately before you confirm your order. The total amount payable will be clearly shown during checkout.

Prices, promotions and discount codes may change at any time. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed when you place your order.

If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we may cancel the affected order. If payment has already been made, the full amount will be refunded using the original payment method.

6. ORDERS

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• The information you provided is complete and accurate.
• You are authorised to use the selected payment method.
• You have reviewed the products, sizes, delivery address and total price.
• You are purchasing the products for lawful purposes.

After placing an order, you will receive an electronic order confirmation. The purchase agreement is concluded when we accept and confirm your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including suspected fraud, payment problems, incorrect pricing, product unavailability or an inability to deliver to the supplied address.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, you will receive a full refund.

7. PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTION

Certain LSTHRS products are produced especially after an order is placed. Production may begin shortly after payment is confirmed.

If you notice an error in your order, contact us immediately at info@lsthrs.com. We cannot guarantee that an order can still be changed or cancelled once production has started.

This production process does not remove or limit any statutory consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal where that right applies.

Products that are genuinely made according to a customer's individual specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by law. Any such exclusion will be clearly communicated before purchase.

8. PAYMENT

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments, PayPal or another displayed payment provider.

We do not directly store complete payment card details.

The order may be processed only after the payment has been authorised. If a payment is refused or reversed, we may suspend or cancel the order.

9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We deliver only to the countries and regions available during checkout.

Estimated production and delivery times are displayed on the website, in our Shipping Policy or during checkout. These times are estimates and may be affected by production capacity, carriers, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Unless another delivery period has been agreed, goods will be delivered no later than 30 days after the order has been concluded. If delivery is delayed, you retain all rights available under applicable consumer law.

The risk of loss or damage remains with LSTHRS until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receive the products.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to you where permitted by law.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

For goods, the withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

After informing us, you must return the goods within 14 days. Please contact us before returning anything so that we can provide the correct return instructions and return address.

Unless we agree otherwise, the direct cost of returning goods is paid by the customer. LSTHRS pays the return costs when a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Returned products may be inspected only as necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what would normally be permitted in a physical shop.

When the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, we will refund the purchase price and the cost of standard delivery. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

The refund will be issued within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notification. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to products that are genuinely made according to your individual specifications or clearly personalised, where the legal exception applies.

11. DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact info@lsthrs.com as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number and, where possible, clear photographs of the product and packaging so that we can investigate the issue quickly.

If a product does not conform to the purchase agreement, you are entitled to the remedies provided by applicable consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

Return costs for confirmed defective, damaged or incorrect products are paid by LSTHRS.

12. LEGAL GUARANTEE

Consumers benefit from the mandatory legal guarantee of conformity applicable under Belgian and European consumer law.

For new goods, the legal guarantee applies for a period of two years from delivery. Products must conform to the purchase agreement, correspond to their description and possess the qualities that a consumer may reasonably expect.

In the event of a lack of conformity, consumers are entitled to the remedies provided by applicable consumer law.

This legal guarantee applies independently of any commercial guarantee and cannot be restricted by these Terms.

13. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions, including a validity period, minimum order value or restriction to selected products.

Unless stated otherwise:

• Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Only one discount code may be used per order.
• Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
• A promotion may end when the stated period expires or available promotional stock is exhausted.

• Unlawful or improper use of a product.
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• The customer's failure to follow product or care instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer guarantees.

LSTHRS is not liable for indirect commercial losses suffered by customers purchasing products primarily for professional or resale purposes, to the extent permitted by law.

18. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, transport interruptions, war, government measures, widespread technical failures or major disruptions affecting suppliers or carriers.

We will take reasonable steps to minimise the consequences and will inform affected customers where appropriate.

Your mandatory rights relating to delayed or missing delivery remain unaffected.
