Refund policy

We hope you love your LSTHRS order. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition.

To request a return, please contact us at info@lsthrs.com before sending anything back. Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Original shipping costs are not refundable, except where required by applicable law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. LSTHRS cannot be held responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@lsthrs.com and include photos of the issue.

If the problem is due to an error on our side, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, you can return the eligible item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Exceptions

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged after delivery, or returned in a condition that prevents resale.

Personalised or custom-made products created specifically according to the customer’s specifications may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective or incorrectly supplied products.
