Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we may still be able to make changes or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll try to update the address.
Where is my order confirmation?
You’ll receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order. If you can’t find it, check your spam or junk folder.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and France. We're working on expanding to more countries in the future!
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes approximately 6–12 business days, including processing and shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over €95.
RETURNS
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition.
How do I request a return?
Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We’ll send you the next steps.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
